The entire world is at the moment is going through a big crisis for the past one year where everyone are forced to stay inside to keep themselves fit and fine and most obviously, don't get effected by the global COVID-19 pandemic.

Due to this COVID-19 pandemic, the entire world has come to stand still as people during this difficult times have lost their jobs, with which they use to stay alive.

However, during this tough time, a number of Bollywood stars and sports persons have stepped up to help the people in need. Adding his name to this list is Indian Football Team's forward Lallianzuala Chhangte as the left winger has started an initiative to help an orphanage in his local town.

Lallianzuala Chhangte announced through his Instagram account that he has taken an initiative to help orphan children's in Bethel Centre in Lunglei.

Chhangte posted on his Instagram account, "My dear friends, I would like to request you all to help me with a personal mission that I have undertaken for raising funds for Bethel Centre, Lunglei. They are housing 103 orphan children and I believe you and I together, as an evolving society, should play a positive part in this noble venture."

The India international footballer also announced that he personally is donating an amount of Rupees 1 Lakh, "I am personally donating INR 1,00,000.00 (INR 1 lakh) and I urge you to please donate as per your convenience. Any donation will mean the world for these kids."

Lallianzuala Chhangte has also announced that he will be doing an giveaway for the people who will donate in this noble cause. He stated that, one lucky winner get a JBL Charge 4 speaker from his end, which is worth around 12 thousand in Amazon and a signed Chennaiyin FC jersey, the club he plays for.

He also added that 10 more donor will get a Chennaiyin FC jersey signed by the winger himself, while further 10 winners will get Rupees 500 as a participation fee. However, the condition to participate in this giveaway is that, people will have to donate an amount and also predict the Euro 2020 final result.

His statement in his official Instagram handle reads, "To make this more interesting, I would be deciding the winners who have donated to this noble cause and correctly guessed the full time scoreline for Euros 2020. One lucky winner will get JBL Charge 4 speaker from my end with a signed jersey."

"Ten (10) winners will get my signed jerseys of Chennaiyin FC and another lucky ten (10) will recieve Rs. 500.00 each as participation prize. Your donation amount will not decide your luck. Winners will be randomly and fairly decided by me" he signed off.
