According to a report on Transfermarkt India, Kerala Blasters FC and Hyderabad FC are both interested in signing former Spain international and former Barcelona player Bojan Krkic. A source stated to Transfermarkt India, "Bojan's agent has held talks with many clubs but Kerala and Hyderabad have shown utmost seriousness."

And as per the same report, Hyderabad FC is the front-runner in this race as Albert Roca, who was set to manage Hyderabad FC this season but Barcelona offered him a contract to join Ronald Koeman's team at the Camp Nou, is negotiating with Bojan Krkic for Hyderabad FC.

"I can say that Hyderabad has got an edge because of their Barcelona connections through their former coach Albert Roca" stated the source to Transfermarkt India.

Bojan Krkic graduated from Barcelona's famous academy La Masia and made his senior team debut at the age of 17 years and 19 days and thus broke the record of Lionel Messi.

He made 48 appearances in his debut season and scored 12 goals for the Catalans. In his four seasons at Barca, he scored 41 goals from 162 matches and was sold to Italian Serie A side Roma in 2011.

He spent a season on loan at Milan before FC Barcelona resigned him in 2013, but sent him on loan straightaway to Dutch side Ajax.

Along with Barcelona, Roma and Milan, Bojan Krkic has also played for Stoke City, FSV Mainz 05, Deportivo Alavés and was last seen playing for MLS franchise Montreal Impact and has been a free agent since the MLS season ended.
