The 3rd match of the Indian Super League (ISL) 2021-2022 season will be played between SC East Bengal and Jamshedpur FC at the Tilak Maidan.
SC East Bengal will host Jamshedpur FC in the 3rd match of the new Indian Super League season at the Tilak Maidan on the 21st of November, Sunday.
But will teams will be looking for a positive start to a new campaign after their performance last season. Whereas SC East Bengal finished 9th in their debut season, Jamshedpur FC finished 6th in the league table.
There were many questions over the participation of SC East Bengal in the ISL 2021-2022 as the East Bengal club officials were in major tussle with their investor Shree Cement. But that did finally resolved towards the end of August.
However, it was very late by then, there were only very few days left for the transfer window to close, and most of the important players have had left by then. However, the management did really well to build a storng and competitive squad.

They have also signed 3 former ATK Mohun Bagan players, 1 on loan though, Komal Thatal, Boris Singh and Pronay Halder on loan. They also paid transfer fee to FC Goa to bring in Ishan Pandita.
