After 2 days of 6 goals thriller in the Indian Super League 2021-2022 opening two matches, the 3rd match has produced a draw between SC East Bengal and Jamshedpur.

SC East Bengal hosted Jamshedpur FC in the match number 3 of the new Indian Super League 2021-22 season at the Tilak Maidan in Goa.

After a very good brand of football, the points have been shared at the Tilak Maidan as SC East Bengal early goal was cancelled out by Jamshedpur late at the end of the first half.

It was Franjo Prce who probably did scored the goal of a pretty cagey battle to win the ball of a corner kick. It was 1 goal each for SC East Bengal and Jamshedpur FC, with both the defenders scoring the goals.

The 2nd half was end to end football from the side as both the teams were looking for the winner. Jamshedpur FC made quite some attacking changes, but still didn't couldn't break the SC East Bengal defensive wall.

And there was a moment almost at the end of the regulation time that SC East Bengal midfielder Jackichand Singh saw Jamshedpur FC goalkeeper Rehenesh TP off his line, and Jacki just went for a long shot and but it just a little heavy and it hit the top of the net. A little precisive and it could have hand SC East Bengal the victory.

With that, the match 1-1 at the full-time and points were shared between the teams. As a result of which, SC East Bengal and Jamshedpur FC currently sits 3rd and 4th respectively.

For SC East Bengal, the next match will be a big one as they will take on local rivals ATK Mohun Bagan in a Kolkata Derby match on the 27th of November, whereas Jamshedpur FC will take on FC Goa a day before that.
